We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of key initiatives within a complex, fast-paced environment. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-impact programs, including PDU POW funded initiatives.
About the Role
You will be responsible for managing projects end-to-end, from initiation through to closure, within a hybrid PRINCE2 and Agile delivery framework. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, advisors, and delivery teams to ensure outcomes are achieved in line with governance, timelines, and quality expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage project delivery, ensuring alignment with governance frameworks and organisational standards
- Develop and maintain key project artefacts and documentation
- Engage and collaborate with stakeholders to drive alignment and successful outcomes
- Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as required
- Monitor project performance, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets
- Provide regular reporting on progress, milestones, and outcomes
- Support benefits realisation and ensure outcomes are measurable and aligned to strategic objectives
- Operate independently while maintaining high standards of professionalism and accountability
About You
- Proven experience delivering projects in complex environments
- Strong background working within hybrid PRINCE2 and Agile methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and drive project outcomes
- Experience across both public and private sectors is highly regarded
- Recent experience delivering projects in Agile environments is essential
- Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
