Position Overview
An opportunity exists for a Project Manager to join a small, high-performing services team delivering outcomes across a diverse portfolio of clients. Working closely with senior service delivery leaders, this role is responsible for leading the successful delivery of small to mid-sized projects while maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships. This is a hands-on role suited to a versatile professional who is comfortable operating across project, program, and portfolio responsibilities and thrives in a dynamic environment.
Key Duties
- Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of small to mid-sized projects
- Partner closely with senior service delivery leaders to achieve successful service outcomes
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Facilitate engagement across business and technical stakeholders
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting activities
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
- Maintain project governance, documentation, and compliance standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within service delivery processes
- Provide hands-on support across initiatives where required
Skills and Experience Required
- Demonstrated experience delivering projects, programs, or portfolios in client-facing environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management capability
- Experience managing multiple small to medium-sized project implementations
- Ability to operate autonomously within a small team environment
- Strong organisational skills and commercial awareness
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including reporting
- Experience working across varied client or organisational environments
- Adaptable, proactive, and solutions-focused approach
- Ability to contribute flexibly across tasks to support successful delivery
- Current NV1 Security Clearance required
