The Role: The Project Manager will be responsible the delivery of a large-scale uplift program across the organisation’s metering function.
The Project Manager will modernise and scale meter installation (meter movements), improve meter network capability, enhance meter reading rules and functionality, establish robust quality assurance frameworks, and deliver targeted meter data remediation activities.
The Responsibilities:
- Establish program structure, roadmap and delivery plan.
- Define scope, objectives, benefits and success measures.
- Review and redesign end-to-end meter movement processes (installation, replacement, removal).
- Ensure integration between meter data systems, asset systems and billing platforms.
- Implement reporting dashboards to monitor performance and risk.
Skills & Experience Required:
- 7-10+ years Project or Program Management experience.
- Demonstrated experience delivering metering, asset or operational transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of meter-to-cash lifecycle.
- Experience with asset management systems, billing systems and meter data platforms.
- Experience in utilities (water, electricity or gas) strongly preferred.
