About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a high-profile, multi-year ERP transformation program within a complex government environment. This role will play a critical part in modernising the digital workplace, working across multiple agencies and engaging with senior stakeholders, vendors, and delivery partners. You will be responsible for driving delivery, managing risk, and ensuring strong governance and stakeholder alignment throughout the program lifecycle.

Your duties will include:

  • Leading the end-to-end delivery of a major ICT / ERP implementation project
  • Developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, budgets, and reporting
  • Managing governance arrangements, risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Coordinating and managing vendors and third-party service providers
  • Engaging with senior stakeholders to support decision-making and delivery outcomes
  • Supporting change management and clear communication across impacted teams

Skills and Experience we are looking for:

  • Proven experience project managing large-scale ICT system upgrades or enhancements
  • Demonstrated experience in end-to-end delivery of an ERP implementation
  • Strong background delivering projects within structured governance frameworks
  • Demonstrated experience managing federal government procurement processes
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams delivering complex outcomes
  • Strong capability in risk management, budgeting, and project reporting
