About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a large-scale Change Management (CM) Transformation program for a key telecommunications client. This role will be responsible for standing up and driving the CM transformation plan end-to-end – overseeing schedules, RAID management, governance cadence, and milestone delivery.
You’ll ensure the successful execution of Milestone 1 (Target Process & Controls by 30 November 2025) and manage the Design/Build phase through to August 2026.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the master program plan, including critical paths and cross-domain dependencies (NSM/Helix, domains, vendors).
- Chair weekly executive check-ins and align internal stakeholders and vendor partners.
- Coordinate CAB/E-CAB meetings, maintaining clear decision logs and driving action closure.
- Establish a comprehensive governance framework, including schedules, RAID, benefits tracker, and KPI dashboard.
- Lead delivery for Milestone 1 and Milestone 2 (Automated CM in production).
- Manage commercials, including SOWs, change requests, and quality gates, while monitoring risks and scope.
Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in project/program management within telecommunications operations or automation.
- Strong background in governance, stakeholder engagement, and executive-level reporting.
- Demonstrated success delivering across process design, build, and implementation phases.
- Familiarity with NSM/Helix and related technologies.
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, MS Project/Planner, Power BI, and M365.
- Desirable certifications: ITIL, SAFe, PMP, or Prince2.
- Exposure to risk scoring, checklist automation, and change management frameworks is advantageous.
