The Role

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for delivering innovative ICT solutions? This is your chance to contribute to a high-impact program that supports Australians with disabilities. In this role, you will lead the planning and delivery of critical technology projects, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and technical standards.

Your duties will include:

  • Coordinating technical solution planning activities with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Developing and maintaining project schedules, balancing technical dependencies and business priorities.
  • Managing delivery partners for system implementation and ensuring adherence to technology standards.
  • Overseeing agile delivery processes and providing leadership to scrum teams.
  • Representing the project in ICT change management and release planning activities.
  • Publishing regular status reports and managing risks, issues, and key decisions.

Skills and Experience we are looking for:

  • 8-10 years of experience managing ICT system delivery projects, including mobile applications.
  • Strong knowledge of contemporary project management and governance frameworks.
  • Experience in Federal or State Government project management environments.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and certifications such as Diploma of Project Management or SAFe Agile.
  • Demonstrated experience in large-scale agile delivery methodologies.
  • Enthusiasm for accessible design and development is highly regarded.
