Our well-known Perth based Mining client is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to work across a large-scale technology (data integration) project. This role is an initial 12-month contract on a part-time basis of 2.5 days per week and may have the potential to increase when projects ramp up.

Please note the selected candidate will be locally based in Perth with mining/ resources experience and be a resilient team player who is delivery and solutions focused.

Responsibilities/Skills include some of the following:

  • 5 years minimum end to end applications project management experience
  • Must have worked on data integration projects
  • Previous experience in the mining industry or similar complex environments
  • Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
  • Ability in working with and leading technical teams
  • Highly motivated, with excellent strategic planning, leadership, organisational, reporting, communication and people skills
  • Excellent problem solving and risk management skills
  • PMI, PMBOK, Diploma/Certificate in PM ideal
