Talent International have partnered with one of the most prominent organizations in Australia to find their next Business Project Manager to lead a significant program focused on responsible AI adoption, digital capability uplift and organisational readiness.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead delivery from discovery and pilot through to implementation
  • Develop an evidence-based business case for responsible AI adoption
  • Coordinate capability, learning, readiness and change workstreams
  • Manage project plans, milestones, risks, issues and dependencies
  • Prepare executive reports, briefings and decision papers
  • Engage with business, technology and senior stakeholders

About you

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A minimum of 5 year’s project management experience
  • Proven experience delivering complex, multi-stream and multidisciplinary projects
  • Strong knowledge of change management, organisational readiness and adoption
  • Experience working with AI, emerging technology, digital capability uplift or learning frameworks
  • The ability to translate ambiguity into practical delivery options and well-developed business cases
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, including experience partnering with senior leadership teams.
