We are seeking a highly capable Project Financial Analyst / Coordinator to support the successful delivery of large-scale programs and projects within a complex enterprise environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong program financial management, governance expertise, and core PMO delivery capability who thrives in a fast-paced, structured environment.

About the Role

You will play a key role in supporting end-to-end program and project delivery, ensuring governance, reporting, and financial oversight are executed to a high standard. Working closely with senior stakeholders and delivery teams, you will provide insights that drive decision-making and maximise the value of project investments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end program and project management activities, including scheduling, financials, resourcing, and RAIDD management
  • Deliver high-quality reporting and insights to support executive decision-making and portfolio prioritisation
  • Track and manage program financials, including budgeting, forecasting, accruals, invoices, and reconciliation
  • Maintain and manage RAIDD registers, providing analysis and actionable insights
  • Monitor project schedules and milestones, identifying risks and performance trends using lead and lag indicators
  • Support governance frameworks and reporting cycles, ensuring timely and accurate outputs
  • Facilitate communication across programs, stakeholders, and delivery partners to ensure alignment and transparency
  • Collate and analyse data to provide an integrated view of program performance and progress
  • Support audit and governance requirements, including documenting key decisions, actions, and meeting outcomes
  • Coordinate logistics for program activities including workshops, meetings, and stakeholder sessions
  • Provide guidance and support on PMO tools and systems (e.g. Jira, Jira Align, SharePoint, Excel)
  • Assist with onboarding and coordination of new team members, including system access and administrative setup
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and responsible use of AI
  • Support general PMO administrative activities including agendas, reporting packs, travel, and ad-hoc requests

About You

  • Proven experience in a PMO, Program Analyst, or Project Coordinator role within large, complex environments
  • Strong capability in program financial management and governance
  • Advanced skills in reporting, data analysis, and stakeholder communication
  • Experience working with PMO tools such as Jira, Jira Align, SharePoint, and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent organisational and coordination skills
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and efficiency
