We are currently seeking multiple candidates to join a growing renewables company based in Melbourne, Australia. Our client is looking for Project Engineers, Project Managers, and Team Leaders with experience in delivering high-voltage transmission projects, providing technical oversight, and project engineering expertise.
In these roles you will work closely with Designers and Construction teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

These roles are based in Melbourne, Australia and relocation assistance will be provided for all successful candidates

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical input into the design, procurement, and delivery of electrical works
  • Review and oversee engineering deliverables to ensure compliance and quality
  • Support project scoping, planning, and bid preparation activities
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage project delivery risks
  • Contribute to quality assurance processes including ITPs, FATs and SATs
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across engineering and project delivery

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical)
  • NER and Victorian Engineering Registration (minimum), Chartered Engineer desirable OR ability to obtain
  • Proven experience delivering transmission-level voltage projects within utilities, EPC, or renewables sectors
  • Strong knowledge of design development processes and project engineering methodologies
  • Experience leading engineering teams and providing mentoring across levels- Highly regarded
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Extensive industry knowledge of electricity distribution, sub-transmission, and infrastructure, including relevant construction practices and standards
  • Demonstrated ability to use SAP and project management tools, including estimating and reporting systems.
  • Ability to apply construction methodology during the planning phase to ensure effective execution and integration.
