Our client is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support delivery across the Transformation Office. Working closely with Program and Project Managers, you will provide end-to-end coordination across planning, reporting, risk and issue management, stakeholder engagement and delivery tracking across multiple concurrent projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support project planning, execution, monitoring and reporting
  • Maintain project registers (risks, issues, actions, dependencies) and escalate where required
  • Prepare governance reports, briefs and steering committee papers
  • Track milestones, deliverables and timelines
  • Coordinate meetings, agendas and action follow-ups
  • Assist with budget tracking and procurement processes
  • Contribute to portfolio reporting and broader Transformation Office governance activities

About You

  • 3 to 5 years’ experience supporting project or program delivery
  • Experience within a PMO, transformation office or complex program environment
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, ideally Regulatory or customer based projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented and confident working in fast-paced environments
  • Proficient in project management tools and reporting systems
