The role:
Our National leading retail client is seeking a Project Coordinator to provide administrative support including governance task tracking, finance tracking and progress reporting.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Complete required project planning including (but not limited to) scope, products, scheduling, budget and risks and governance
- Assist with the coordination of recruitment & resource planning, onboarding & offboarding
- Provide admin support for key meetings
- Liaise with the Finance team to lead the review of forecast & actuals
- Administering the project schedule with input from other team members
- Administering risk and issue registers
You will need:
- Min 3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator
- Strong reporting experience, particularly with Jira and Confluence
- Strong experience scheduling and coordinating workshops
- Retail experience is highly regarded
- Strong stakeholder relationship skills
