What the Role’s About
This role is all about making sure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly. You’ll be working closely with the programme and project managers to help keep things on track – from booking meetings and managing documents, to helping onboard new team members and planning team events.
Responsibilities of the role:
- Keeping the office running smoothly – managing desks, ordering supplies, and helping make the space great to work in.
- Coordinating meetings and workshops – sending invites, preparing agendas, taking notes, and following up on action points.
- Helping with projects – pulling together reports, drafting presentations, and supporting smaller tasks within the programme.
- Looking after onboarding – making sure new team members have access to the tools, systems, and info they need to hit the ground running.
- Managing documents and files – keeping everything tidy, organised, and easy to find in our online systems.
- Monitoring the team inbox – answering questions or forwarding them to the right person.
- Planning fun stuff – helping organise team events, social catchups, and workshops (including food and logistics!).
- Pitching in where needed – working alongside a Programme Coordinator to help the team stay on top of everything.
Experience needed to succeed in the role:
- Someone who’s got a few years’ experience in admin or project support roles.
- A confident communicator – written and spoken.
- Strong organisational skills and good attention to detail.
- Someone who knows their way around Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Experience with tools like SharePoint and Confluence is a bonus.
- A friendly, helpful attitude and a team-first approach.
- Bonus points if you’ve worked on transformation programmes or big projects before!
This is a great chance to be part of a fun, supportive team doing meaningful work. You’ll get variety, responsibility, and the chance to grow your skills in a fast-moving, people-focused environment.
