An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Project Advisor – Integrity & Risk to support the development, implementation and ongoing enhancement of a comprehensive integrity framework within a complex regulatory environment.
This role is responsible for delivering multiple integrity-related initiatives, strengthening fraud and corruption control systems, and promoting transparency and adhoc process improvements.
This is a dynamic and influential position requiring strong governance expertise, analytical capability, and the ability to work collaboratively across all levels of an organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to integrity projects, providing strategic and operational advice to senior stakeholders, and ensure compliance with AS 8001:2021 and broader public sector governance expectations.
  • Lead the delivery and continuous improvement of the fraud and corruption control framework, ensuring effective prevention, detection and response mechanisms.
  • Oversee integrity declaration processes, governance systems, procurement activities and contracts management.
  • Prepare business cases, project plans and executive-level reports, including risk and issue analysis.
  • Provide authoritative advice on codes, policies and governance instruments, particularly regarding conflicts of interest and gifts, benefits and hospitality.
  • Triage and manage integrity-related enquiries with discretion, sensitivity and confidentiality

You will bring:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in program or project coordination, ideally within compliance, risk or governance environments.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and delivering cross-organisational programs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing executive reports and delivering presentations.
  • Well-developed analytical and conceptual skills, with the ability to identify trends and implement effective solutions.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
