Program Training Manager (SAP / ERP)

Our client is currently on the lookout for a Senior Training Manager to play a critical role within a multi-year SAP transformation program. The purpose of this role is to ensure all stakeholders are equipped with the knowledge and skills required to successfully adopt new systems and processes. You will lead the training team, oversee the development and delivery of training strategy, approach, plans, and reports, and ensure the effective execution of training activitie across the transformation program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end development of IT and ERP training strategies and plans
  • Develop detailed training approaches and plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and delivery methods (e.g., in-person, online, blended).
  • Oversee the creation and quality assurance of training materials, guides, and resources tailored to diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Lead the delivery of training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules, ensuring high engagement and knowledge transfer..
  • Partner with ERP project teams to ensure change impacts are understood and training aligns with system design.
  • Develop and maintain training roadmaps, session plans, and learning frameworks.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading IT or ERP training initiatives (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, NetSuite, or similar).
  • Skilled in instructional design, adult learning principles, and blended training delivery.
  • Confident presenter with strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Able to translate technical concepts into simple, user-friendly language.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast?paced project environment.
  • Experience with change management (e.g., PROSCI/ADKAR) is highly desirable.
