We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the delivery of a complex, enterprise-wide digital foundations program.
This role will drive the design, delivery, and operationalisation of core platforms across cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, and network environments, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned to long-term business outcomes.
You will operate across a multi-stream, multi-supplier environment, taking ownership of end-to-end delivery from early business case through to operational handover. This is a 18-month fixed term contract with the possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead delivery of large-scale infrastructure and platform transformation programs
  • Manage multi-vendor environments, including system integrators and managed service providers
  • Align delivery with enterprise architecture, security, and operating models
  • Drive governance across risk, budget, scope, and dependencies
  • Ensure successful transition into BAU and service readiness

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering enterprise infrastructure/platform programs
  • Strong understanding of cloud, networks, cybersecurity, and data platforms
  • Experience operating within multi-supplier / SIAM environments
  • Track record of delivering through to operational handover
  • Strong stakeholder engagement at senior/executive level
