We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a large-scale digital business transformation program.
This role will drive the delivery of new enterprise platforms and lead end-to-end transformation across business processes, systems, and operating models, ensuring successful adoption and long-term value realisation. This is a 18-month fixed term contract with the possibility for extension.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise digital transformation programs
  • Drive business process transformation alongside technology implementation
  • Manage delivery of platforms such as CRM, enterprise systems, and digital solutions
  • Oversee data migration, integration, and governance
  • Manage vendors, stakeholders, and multi-stream delivery environments

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering large-scale business + technology transformation programs
  • Strong experience across CRM, enterprise platforms, or digital ecosystems
  • Demonstrated ability to drive change, adoption, and business outcomes
  • Experience operating in complex, evolving environments
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and program governance capability
