We are seeking an experienced Program Manager / Digital Delivery Lead to drive the successful delivery of a portfolio of critical technology initiatives, including a major Salesforce transformation program and Records Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end program delivery across IT and digital initiatives
  • Provide governance oversight and ensure projects are aligned to PMO standards
  • Oversee Project Managers, ensuring effective execution and adherence to methodologies
  • Manage portfolio roadmaps, dependencies, and resource allocation
  • Drive stakeholder engagement across business and technical teams
  • Establish and embed Agile and lean delivery practices

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Proven Program Management experience managing complex IT programs, ideally within government or regulated environments
  • Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple Project Managers and programs simultaneously
  • Experience establishing and maintaining project governance frameworks
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and competing priorities with a practical, solutions-focused approach
