We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead, mature and embed a best-practice project delivery capability across the organisation. You will lead a multi-disciplinary group of Project Managers, Enterprise Architects and Business Analysts, while strengthening governance, consistency and delivery maturity across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and oversight to Project Managers, Enterprise Architects and Business Analysts
  • Oversee and mature the Project Management Office (PMO)
  • Establish and maintain strong program and project governance, reporting and assurance mechanisms
  • Define and drive a standardised project and program management approach across the organisation
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to prioritise initiatives and ensure alignment to strategic objectives
  • Build strong, trusted relationships across business and technology teams

Key Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience leading complex programs within a medium to large organisation
  • Strong background in program/project governance, portfolio management and delivery assurance
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, influence and develop senior practitioners and leaders
  • Excellent stakeholder management and people relationship skills
  • Comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on delivery levels
