Our Client is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the Data Centre Exit Program, a major initiative delivering on the Whole of Victorian Government (WoVG)
About the role
As the Program Manager – Data Centre Exit, you will provide senior leadership, governance, and delivery oversight across all phases of the program.
Key accountabilities include:
- Lead and manage the Data Centre Exit end-to-end.
- Coordinating delivery partners and vendors to achieve milestones within approved scope, budget, and policy frameworks.
- Ensuring alignment with the Whole-of-Government Digital Strategy, AMAF compliance, and relevant audit actions.
- Managing stakeholder engagement to minimise service disruption and ensure business continuity.
- Overseeing transition-state planning, legacy decommissioning, and operational support model uplift.
Key Skills and Experience
- Extensive Program Management experience in Data Centre Decommissioning
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-stream technical programs with critical delivery timelines.
- Proven experience in managing technical transitions or large-scale data centre migrations.
- Strong understanding of IT service management and service design within cloud environments.
- Excellent Stakeholder Management Skills.
