Program Coordinator
This large global leader is seeking an experienced Program Coordinator to act as the operational backbone for their Technology Portfolio Office, ensuring projects run with discipline, clarity, and financial rigour. Your work will directly enable successful delivery across a portfolio of high-impact initiatives.
Key activities
- Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, budgets, and work hours.
- Establish and manage portfolio control tools aligned with governance frameworks.
- Ensure risks, issues, actions, and decisions (RAID) are captured, managed, and reported effectively.
- Manage portfolio information repositories, ensuring compliance with information management standards.
- Coordinate across project streams to ensure frameworks and documentation are maintained.
- Deliver ongoing portfolio financial reporting and forecasting.
- Deliver regular status reporting to stakeholders, Finance, and PMO.
Skills and experience
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience supporting large-scale projects or programs in corporate environments.
- Proven experience in project/program coordination within complex delivery environments.
- Strong financial management capability (budgeting, forecasting, reporting).
- Experience in risk & issue management and information governance.
- Understanding of project/program frameworks (PRINCE2®, MSP®, PMBOK).
- Influential communicator who can engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Big-picture thinker with strong attention to detail.
- Confident navigating new technologies and business processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
