We are seeking an experienced Program Change Lead to lead the change function for a major Case Management System implementation and broader business transformation program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the change strategy and delivery for a large-scale Case Management System implementation.
  • Develop an integrated change roadmap across multiple projects, releases and business areas.
  • Lead and support a small team of change practitioners focused on adoption and business readiness.
  • Identify and address resistance, stakeholder concerns and barriers to successful implementation.
  • Partner with senior leaders and sponsors to build alignment and visible support for the transformation.

Key Skills and Experience

  • Extensive experience working as a Change Lead/Manager
  • Demonstrated experience with Case Management System implementations or similar enterprise platforms.
  • Strong understanding of organisational readiness, change adoption and resistance management.
  • Experience managing change practitioners within a program or project environment.
  • Proven ability to influence executives, sponsors, operational leaders and diverse stakeholder groups.
