The Role:

The Program Architect will be responsible for supporting the Enterprise Solution Architects to build the end to end architecture for their high availability environments, on-premise & Cloud infrastructure, networking, security, cyber, integration platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide architectural leadership and governance across a complex program of work.
  • Mentor and support a team of 5 Solution Architects, ensuring alignment to enterprise standards and best practice.
  • Define and maintain enterprise architecture principles across integration, security, and cloud-based enterprise applications.
  • Oversee solution design to ensure interoperability across platforms and systems.
  • Drive integration strategy across APIs, middleware, SaaS platforms, and legacy systems.
  • Ensure security architecture is embedded into all solution designs (identity, access, data protection, compliance).

Key Skills:

  • Extensive experience in enterprise or program-level architecture roles.
  • Proven experience leading and mentoring Solution Architects.
  • Strong expertise in cloud enterprise applications and modern architecture patterns.
  • Deep understanding of integration architectures (API-led, event-driven, microservices, middleware).
  • Strong grounding in security architecture principles and enterprise security frameworks.
  • Experience working in complex, multi-vendor enterprise environments.
