Reporting to the Program Manager, the Program Administrator provides administrative and coordination support to the Program. The role contributes to effective program delivery through coordination of agile ceremonies, preparation of program reports, overseeing program resources, documentation, and records.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and distribute program reports, including monthly status reports, quarterly plans, and
- reconciliations.
- Manage general administration including travel coordination, invoice processing, purchase card reconciliation, and approval workflows.
- Assist in preparing meeting packs, presentations, agendas, minutes, and action tracking.
- Support the coordination and facilitation of agile ceremonies (stand ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and PI planning).
- Assist with Jira administration and Jira reporting.
- Coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities, contract administration, and records management.
