Product Owner - Digital Servicing
The Role
This is an opportunity to join a major financial services organisation undergoing a significant digital transformation within its servicing function. The focus is on taking existing manual banking processes such as forms and customer servicing journeys and turning them into seamless digital experiences. You will be part of a Digital environment, working across a complex enterprise landscape with strong stakeholder engagement.
What you’ll be doing
You will take ownership of key servicing products, leading the digitisation of manual workflows into scalable digital journeys. Working closely with business and technology teams, you will map current state processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive delivery through Agile squads. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands on execution, ensuring outcomes improve both customer experience and operational efficiency in a regulated environment.
