Product Marketing Manager ANZ // Leading Social Media Platform

We’re working with a leading global social media platform to appoint a Product Marketing Manager supporting the ANZ region. This is a 12-month fixed term contract position, with the possibility of extension. You will be responsible for bringing in market insights, influencing product strategies, driving holistic go-to-market strategies to drive awareness, adoption, and growth of ad products in ANZ.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the product go-to-market expert across priority ad products, and own product growth and adoption for advertisers in ANZ.
  • Strategically drive business performance and adoption goals, by managing executive level relationships and independently navigate a variety of internal and external stakeholders to influence, align, and drive execution.
  • Plan and execute against local go-to-market strategies which include delivering product training, client segmentation lists, product positioning and narratives through the lens of Advertisers to drive business outcomes.
  • Partner with relevant stakeholders to conduct tests, validate proof points for our priority products and scale learnings.
  • Act as the voice of the market to global product teams. Collaborate with in-market Sales teams to synthesize market opportunities backed with data, and articulate customer problems and feedback, to influence product strategy and roadmaps.

What we are looking for

  • 8+ years proven experience in product marketing ideally in digital advertising or large tech company.
  • ANZ market experience.
  • Ability to influence, communicate, and operate cross-functionally with teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and fluid environment, with the experience to adapt, spot issues early, and escalate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commercial and data-driven mindset with experience conducting market research and analysis, building business cases to influence product management decisions.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • Experience in Product Marketing (in regional, global or local capacity).
