Our client has multiple opportunities available for Product Creators to join the team and drive future-facing innovation across the beauty category by identifying emerging trends, technologies, and product opportunities. The product innovation team work across Fragrance, Cosmetics, Haircare, and Skincare categories.

This role focuses on tracking global beauty innovation, analysing consumer behaviour, and translating market signals into commercially viable product concepts. Working closely with internal product, marketing, and commercial teams, as well as global manufacturers and formulation partners, the role will help shape both near-term and long-term product pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor global beauty trends, emerging formulations, and product innovation across multiple markets
  • Analyse social platforms and cultural signals to identify early-stage product opportunities
  • Translate insights into clear product concepts including format, function, claims, and positioning
  • Support the development of short, medium, and long-term product innovation pipelines
  • Partner with product development teams to assess formulation feasibility and product direction
  • Collaborate with marketing and commercial teams to ensure innovation aligns with brand strategy and market demand
  • Engage with global manufacturers, suppliers, and technical partners to understand emerging capabilities
  • Attend industry trade shows and supplier innovation events to source new ideas and technologies
  • Contribute to early-stage concept development and innovation evaluation processes

Key Requirements

  • Experience in product creation, innovation, trend forecasting, or product development
  • Background within beauty brands, fast fashion, or consumer brands with frequent product launches highly regarded
  • Exposure to brand management or category management environments
  • Strong understanding of beauty trends, ingredients, formulations, and emerging product formats
  • Ability to translate cultural and consumer insights into commercially viable product ideas
  • Strong awareness of digital and social-driven trend cycles
  • Confidence presenting ideas and influencing cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong commercial awareness including forecasting, product performance, and budgeting considerations
  • Experience engaging with suppliers, manufacturers, or innovation partners advantageous
  • Highly trend-aware, curious, and proactive in identifying emerging product opportunities
