You’ll bring at least three years of on-site experience working with a mix of mining equipment and technology. You’ll be confident using Fleet Management Systems and able to apply them effectively in a production environment. With a strong analytical mindset and a big-picture view, you’re someone who enjoys solving complex problems using data and logic.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience working on-site with a range of mining equipment and technologies
  • Hands-on experience using and applying Fleet Management Systems in a mining environment
  • Strong analytical skills with a big-picture mindset and the ability to solve complex problems using data
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor, support and positively influence team members
  • High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business tools, with a strong interest in technology
  • Solid background in conducting validation testing in operational settings

Knowledge:

  • Sound understanding of the Mines Act, OHS legislation, and other relevant safety and compliance regulations
  • Strong grasp of mining production workflows and what drives effective dispatch and fleet control
  • Good knowledge of productivity and efficiency drivers in large-scale mining operations
  • Comfortable using Jira and Confluence for task tracking and documentation
  • Confident in performing quality risk assessments to support safety and operational excellence
