About the Role
As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting end-to-end procurement processes, maintaining accurate procurement documentation, and liaising with internal stakeholders and suppliers to clarify requirements and resolve procurement issues. Your work will contribute to process improvements and system enhancements, ensuring efficient and effective procurement operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end procurement processes
- Ensure compliance with procurement rules and policies
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation and records
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and suppliers
- Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and documentation
- Contribute to procurement process improvements
Skills & Experience:
- Experience using procurement systems such as SAP, FinanceOne, or similar ERP tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Commitment to integrity, accountability, and impartiality
Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in procurement or a related field
Eligibility/Requirements: Australian citizens, relevant checks, and Baseline clearance
