We’re on the hunt for an exceptional Procurement Specialist to join our amazing client in the financial services sector. An organisation that values innovation, collaborations and excellence.

  • 6 month Contract
  • Hybrid working – 3 days in the office
  • Auckland Central location

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead negotiations with suppliers and manage contract discussions to ensure strategies are set before contract expires
  • Advise internal stakeholders on vendor insights, tender and acquisitions processes.
  • Formulate sourcing strategies and annual plans with a focus on maximizing benefits
  • Efficiently manage contracts to meet business goals
  • Offer insights into commercial structures, financial assessments, and risk management.

Why you’re the chosen one?

  • Solid 5 or more years of experience as a procurement specialist
  • Proven experience in complex technology procurement and negotiation
  • Previous experience in the financial sector is beneficial.
  • Demonstrate capability in managing critical procurement categories within an organisation
  • Excellent skills in communication and negotiation
