Procurement & Contract Officer
We’re looking for a skilled Procurement & Contracts Administrator with strong Victorian Government procurement experience to play a key role in supporting efficient, transparent and compliant procurement operations.
In this role, you’ll:

Provide expert guidance on VGPB policies, processes and systems

Support procurement and contract activities, including reporting, documentation, and system improvements

Maintain accurate data across procurement and contract management platforms

Deliver high-quality, customer-focused advice to internal and external stakeholders

Contribute to continuous improvement projects, training materials and policy updates
You bring:

Sound knowledge of VGPB requirements, probity and public sector procurement practices

Experience with procurement and contract management systems

Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills

A proactive, detail-oriented approach and commitment to best practice
