Process Redesign Lead

We’re seeking experienced Process Redesign professionals to join a major enterprise transformation program.

We have opportunities available for both a Lead and Consultants, working across multiple business functions to simplify complex ways of working, remove organisational friction and deliver meaningful business outcomes.

This isn’t about documenting existing processes, it’s about challenging them, redesigning them and implementing practical improvements that increase productivity, improve decision-making and enable future automation and AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise-wide process redesign and business transformation initiatives.
  • Challenge existing operating models, governance structures, approvals and ways of working.
  • Identify and eliminate non-value-added activities, duplication and organisational complexity.
  • Redesign end-to-end business processes to improve efficiency, productivity and business outcomes.
  • Lead rapid transformation initiatives from concept through to implementation.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to influence change and gain buy-in across multiple business functions.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline reporting, governance, workflows and business operations.
  • Establish measurable business benefits and track productivity improvements.
  • Mentor and support a small team delivering enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • Create the foundations for future automation and AI by simplifying business processes before technology is introduced.

Skills and experience

  • Extensive experience leading enterprise transformation and redesigning business processes within large, complex organisations.
  • A proven ability to simplify complex business processes and remove unnecessary work.
  • Experience redesigning operating models, governance frameworks and enterprise ways of working.
  • Strong commercial acumen and an outcomes-focused approach.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
  • The ability to challenge established thinking and drive meaningful organisational change.
  • Experience delivering measurable productivity, efficiency and operational improvements.
  • Previous experience within consulting, FMCG, manufacturing, logistics, shared services or other large enterprise environments will be highly regarded.
