Process Analyst - Finance Transformation

Our client, a large organisation within the education industry, is delivering a 5-year program to transform their enterprise systems – and they’re seeking a Process Analyst to work closely with Finance / Payroll teams to map out current and To-Be processes.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience as a Process Analyst working on Payroll or HRIS system implementations
- Strong knowledge of payroll operations, compliance, and award interpretation.
- Experience with ERP or payroll platforms (SAP, Oracle, ADP, or equivalent)
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors employee central will be highly regarded
- Excellent analytical, communication, and facilitation skills
- Strong documentation skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related discipline
