You’ll collaborate with customers, sales teams, and technical stakeholders to understand business needs, demonstrate solutions, develop proof of concepts, and help lay the foundation for successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support pre-sales engagements for Red Hat OpenShift opportunities
  • Gather and analyse customer requirements
  • Lead technical workshops, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept activities
  • Design container platform solutions aligned to customer needs
  • Develop Statements of Work (SoW) and contribute to services pricing and scoping
  • Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, and technical teams throughout the sales lifecycle
  • Build strong customer relationships and provide trusted technical advice
  • Travel to customer sites as required

Skills Experience:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing technical consulting or pre-sales role
  • Strong understanding of containerisation, Kubernetes, and cloud-native technologies
  • Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into technical solutions
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities

Desirable:

  • Experience with SUSE Rancher
  • Background working within telecommunications, managed services, or large enterprise environments
