Pre-sales Architect - Red Hat OpenShift

You’ll collaborate with customers, sales teams, and technical stakeholders to understand business needs, demonstrate solutions, develop proof of concepts, and help lay the foundation for successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities:
- Support pre-sales engagements for Red Hat OpenShift opportunities
- Gather and analyse customer requirements
- Lead technical workshops, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept activities
- Design container platform solutions aligned to customer needs
- Develop Statements of Work (SoW) and contribute to services pricing and scoping
- Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, and technical teams throughout the sales lifecycle
- Build strong customer relationships and provide trusted technical advice
- Travel to customer sites as required
Skills Experience:
- Strong hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift
- Proven experience in a customer-facing technical consulting or pre-sales role
- Strong understanding of containerisation, Kubernetes, and cloud-native technologies
- Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into technical solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
Desirable:
- Experience with SUSE Rancher
- Background working within telecommunications, managed services, or large enterprise environments
