Our client is currently on the lookout for an PMO Analyst/Coordinator to work part time and support the Project Management Office with performance reporting, compliance tracking, resource coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyse business processes and project performance
  • Develop models, dashboards, and reports that influence real decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver project success
  • Identify risks and opportunities through data storytelling
  • Support project planning, budgeting, and scheduling with precision

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience working within a PMO
  • Must be able to work part time – 3 days a week
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with project management tools and data visualization platforms (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Good understanding of Project Financials would be beneficial
