
PMO Analyst/Coordinator - Part time (3 days)
- 12-month ongoing contract – Part time (3 days a week in the office)

- Work within a well-established PMO
Our client is currently on the lookout for an PMO Analyst/Coordinator to work part time and support the Project Management Office with performance reporting, compliance tracking, resource coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse business processes and project performance
- Develop models, dashboards, and reports that influence real decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver project success
- Identify risks and opportunities through data storytelling
- Support project planning, budgeting, and scheduling with precision
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience working within a PMO
- Must be able to work part time – 3 days a week
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience with project management tools and data visualization platforms (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Good understanding of Project Financials would be beneficial
