
Personal Assistant - Team Administrator
If you are a proactive admin professional who loves to roll up your sleeves and get things done – we want to hear from you!
We’ve a permanent role for a team administrator/PA to support managers and their teams in a government unit.
You’ll provide them with administrative support, connecting them with others, managing diaries, distributing documents, supporting connection to stakeholders and other administrative tasks.
Key to this role is your can-do attitude, a proactive nature, and the ability to use your initiative and get things done.
You’ll bring:
- Personal Assistant, team administration, project coordination, or similar experience
- experience in diary management
- very good relationship management skills
- very good communication skills, both oral and written
- the ability to follow and apply processes
- great time management skills
- familiarity with business systems
- a good degree of system savvy and competence with the Microsoft Office Suite.
In addition, attitude is key – you’ll bring positivity, a desire to help out, apply your initiative and support the team to get things done, with a good dose of common sense.
You will already hold the right to live and work in New Zealand.
