Role Summary:
You will be responsible for managing payroll using the SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) system, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, and providing timely and accurate payroll services to our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll transactions in SAP ECP with high accuracy.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll regulations and standards.
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and provide payroll information by answering questions and requests.
  • Prepare reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and non-taxable wages.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of payroll records.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in payroll administration with SAP ECP.
  • Strong understanding of payroll laws and regulations in Australia.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
