Role requirements include:

  • Diary Management
  • Basic Procurement/Finance system work
  • Basic financial tracking
  • PO raising
  • IT related duties; raising tickets for new accounts, laptops and some basic onboarding
  • Small event/catering bookings
  • Inbox management
  • Meeting Minutes/Actions
  • Full proficiency of MS Office
