We are seeking an experienced Organisational Development Project Manager to lead the delivery of key OD programs across a large and complex organisation.

This role is heavily project delivery focused, taking ownership of multiple organisation-wide initiatives spanning leadership development, capability uplift, performance frameworks, and cultural transformation. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to drive outcomes in an evolving and not yet fully mature environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of OD projects and programs aligned to strategic priorities
  • Manage multiple initiatives including:
  • Leadership development
  • Talent and performance frameworks
  • Employee engagement and cultural change
  • Design and deliver learning and capability programs across the organisation
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify capability gaps and organisational needs
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and risks
  • Manage internal and external program providers and vendors
  • Evaluate program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement and ROI

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience as an OD Project Manager / OD Consultant within large, complex organisations
  • Strong track record delivering OD, HR or transformation programs end-to-end
  • Experience across: Leadership development, Talent and performance frameworks, and Cultural or organisational change initiatives
  • Strong project management capability, managing multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at a senior level
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
  • Experience within Higher Education is highly regarded

  • Comfortable working in complex environments, with the ability to work closely and effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
