Organisational Development Consultant
Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Organisational Development (OD) Consultant to join their People & Culture team. This role will play a key part in delivering organisation-wide OD initiatives, supporting cultural transformation, leadership development, and capability uplift across a large and complex environment. This is an initial 6-month fixed-term contract playing a key role in the delivery of ongoing strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver organisational development programs and initiatives aligned to strategic priorities
- Design and facilitate leadership, learning and development programs across the organisation
- Partner with stakeholders to identify capability gaps and organisational needs
- Support delivery of initiatives including talent management, performance frameworks, and cultural change programs
- Manage OD projects end-to-end, including planning, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder engagement
- Evaluate and continuously improve programs to ensure effectiveness and ROI
- Manage relationships with internal and external program providers
- Contribute to broader People & Culture initiatives and projects
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in organisational development, HR, or people & culture roles within large, complex organisations
- Demonstrated experience delivering leadership development, learning programs, or cultural change initiatives
- Strong project management capability, with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with ability to influence at a senior level
- Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to think strategically while delivering practical, outcomes-focused solutions
