We’re partnering with a client to hire Oracle Fusion CX professionals to support a major customer engagement transformation program.

We are hiring for two key roles:
🔹 Oracle Fusion CX Application Specialist (Functional)
🔹 Oracle Fusion CX Developer (Technical)

Both roles offer the opportunity to work on modern Oracle Fusion Sales & Service B2B solutions, including Redwood UX initiatives.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in Oracle Fusion CX / Sales Cloud / Service Cloud or adjacent Oracle CRM platforms
  • Strong understanding of CRM processes (sales, service, customer engagement)
  • Experience with integrations, reporting, and system configuration/development
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
