About the Roles

Both positions are critical to delivering high-quality, innovative CRM solutions across sales and service functions. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to ensure Oracle Fusion CX systems meet business needs and deliver exceptional user experiences.

Functional Specialist – Sales Cloud
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of business and technology. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Leading configuration and administration of Oracle Fusion Sales and Service Cloud (B2B)
  • Configuring standard and extensible objects, workflows, and automation
  • Developing functional specifications, including reporting, integrations, and data requirements
  • Applying Redwood UX design principles (consistency, accessibility, responsive design)
  • Supporting UAT cycles, defect triage, and test planning
  • Acting as a key liaison between business users and technical teams

Developer – Redwood UX / Integrations
This role is perfect for a technically skilled professional passionate about building modern, reusable solutions. Responsibilities include:

  • Developing Redwood UX experiences using Visual Builder Studio (VBS) and Oracle JET
  • Building and managing integrations via REST APIs and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
  • Writing Groovy scripts for automation and custom behaviours
  • Designing scalable, high-performance solutions that align with business requirements
  • Supporting BI Publisher and OTBI reporting needs
  • Troubleshooting complex end-to-end technical issues

Skills & Experience

Functional Specialist:

  • Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Sales and Service Cloud
  • Experience with CRM data models, workflows, and security configurations
  • BI Publisher and OTBI reporting experience
  • Stakeholder engagement and requirement gathering experience
  • Ability to translate business requirements into system configuration

Developer:

  • Advanced experience in Oracle Fusion CX development
  • Strong Redwood UX skills, including VBS and Oracle JET
  • Integration experience with REST APIs and OIC
  • Strong SQL and Groovy scripting skills
  • Experience with BI Publisher/OTBI reporting
  • Ability to design scalable and maintainable solutions
