We are looking for an experienced Operational Readiness Lead with a strong Business Analysis (BA) focus to drive readiness for a major digital solution go-live.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead operational readiness planning and coordination for solution go-live
  • Take ownership of preparing key operational artefacts cutover documentation and plans
  • Drive go-live testing and readiness validation activities
  • Prepare detailed documentation for cutover and production deployment
  • Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders to define processes and readiness requirements

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Strong experience in Service Operations, Cut Over or Business Analysis
  • Strong experience working on digital platforms or customer-facing systems
  • Proven ability to prepare detailed artefacts, process documentation, and operational playbooks
  • Experience running workshops and engaging stakeholders across business and technology
