Offshore Services Administrator
As an experienced Offshore Services Coordinator, you will provide administration, travel and people coordination support across its offshore asset teams. This role plays an important part in supporting operational efficiency through high-quality administrative services, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement
- Perth-city office-based role offering great WFH flexibility once established
- Standard Monday to Friday working hours in state-of-the-art high-rise buildings
- 12-month assignment with possibility of extension
- Contract hourly rate negotiable based on experience ($45ph to $52.30ph+super)
- Ad hoc Offshore travel may be required
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate offshore travel bookings and amendments.
- Process invoices, purchase requisitions, purchase orders and service entries.
- Provide SAP S4/HANA administrative support and data entry.
- Support onboarding activities for new starters and service providers.
- Manage mandatory training, accommodation and purchasing requirements.
- Provide executive administration and secretarial support to the Asset Leadership Team.
- Coordinate calendars, meetings and asset scheduling activities.
- Organise team events, workshops and catering requirements.
- Manage employee recognition and reward activities.
- Support improvement initiatives across offshore operations.
Required Qualifications & Competencies
- Minimum five years’ experience coordinating high-volume travel or staff mobilisation.
- Previous administration or travel coordination experience within an operational site environment, preferably in the energy or resources sector.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Advanced Microsoft Office 365 skills.
- Intermediate SAP S4/HANA knowledge.
- Experience engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
- Willingness and ability to travel offshore if required.
- Capability to complete offshore training requirements including MSIC and BOSIET if required.
- Exposure to Power BI, SharePoint or document management systems.
- Experience using VPOB, Woodchip and P6 is desirable.
- Completion of offshore training requirements may be required.
