This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment where you’ll design and build the software, tools, and automation that enable reliable, scalable, and highly available network infrastructure. You’ll collaborate closely with network engineers and software developers to solve complex technical challenges while continuously improving operational efficiency.

In this role you’ll play a key role in developing and maintaining the internal platforms, automation, and services that keep critical network infrastructure running at scale.
You’ll investigate complex technical issues, perform root cause analysis, develop long-term solutions, and build automation that reduces manual effort while improving reliability and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and enhance software, tools and services that support large-scale network infrastructure.
  • Automate operational processes to improve efficiency, reliability and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot complex systems and infrastructure issues, performing detailed root cause analysis.
  • Develop long-term engineering solutions to prevent recurring incidents.
  • Collaborate with network engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Monitor, test and validate services to support continuous deployment with minimal disruption.
  • Identify opportunities to improve existing systems through automation and engineering best practices.
  • Solve challenging technical problems that have real business impact across a global environment.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience automating, deploying and supporting large-scale infrastructure.
  • Strong programming skills in at least one modern language such as Python, Go, Java, Ruby, C++, C# or Rust.
  • Solid understanding of systems engineering fundamentals, including networking, operating systems and storage.
  • Experience designing scalable, reliable systems and software solutions.
  • Strong Linux/Unix administration skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Hands-on experience with networking technologies including routers, switches, load balancers and related infrastructure highly regarded
