This Network Engineer role will provide advanced technical expertise across voice and networking environments, ensuring the stability, performance, and security of critical network and communication systems. The role focuses on managing, maintaining, and optimising Cisco and Palo Alto infrastructure while also supporting voice solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and support enterprise networking and voice solutions.
  • Configure and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Administer and maintain Cisco Call Manager and related voice technologies.
  • Manage and support Palo Alto firewalls, including configuration and security policy management.
  • Oversee IP, MPLS, SIP, routing, and switching environments.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex network and voice-related issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to deliver high-quality network and voice services.
  • Maintain documentation, diagrams, and configuration records.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience as a Network or Senior Network Engineer.
  • Strong expertise in Cisco technologies (CCNP or CCIE certification highly desirable).
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco Call Manager, SIP, and related voice protocols.
  • Solid knowledge of firewalls and security practices (Palo Alto experience preferred).
  • Deep understanding of IP networking, MPLS, routing, and switching.
  • Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex network and voice issues.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
