Our client is currently on the lookout for an experienced Network Service Delivery Manager to oversee the end-to-end operational delivery of Managed Network Services, including the establishment, governance, and continuous improvement of a Network Operations Centre (NOC). You will be the primary operational interface between the Customer, internal delivery teams, and third-party partners, ensuring service outcomes meet defined SLAs, KPIs, availability targets, and governance obligations.

Responsibilities:

  • Service Delivery & Governance – Manage end-to-end service delivery against SLAs, KPIs, and contractual obligations, Lead service review forums and governance reporting
  • NOC Establishment & Operations – Lead the design, stand-up, or transformation of a Network Operations Centre, define operating models, escalation frameworks, and support structures
  • Multi-Supplier Management – Operate within a SIAM or multi-vendor environment, Manage supplier performance and cross-functional coordination
  • Incident & Risk Management – Lead major incident management and root cause analysis, maintain risk registers and ensure operational resilience
  • Commercial & Contract Oversight – Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and service agreements
  • Stakeholder Engagement – Act as the primary operational escalation point

Required Skills & Experience

  • Extensive experience in service delivery within complex ICT or network environments – ITIL certification highly regarded
  • Proven experience establishing or managing a Network Operations Centre (NOC)
  • Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and service management practices
  • Experience working in government or highly regulated environments
  • Demonstrated experience managing multi-supplier or SIAM environments
  • Knowledge of network technologies (WAN, LAN, SD-WAN, routing, switching, firewalls)
  • Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC, Jira Service Management)
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills
