A leading Financial Services provider is seeking a Network Engineer with strong core routing / switching, F5 and DNS expertise to join their team on a permanent basis.

You will be joining a fast-paced team environment that support the wider network engineering practice. Working with different tooling teams, you will be responsible for the build, deployment and ongoing maintenance of standardised network services and products which are utilised across a large, complex enterprise network.

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications and/or relevant vendor certifications (minimum CCNP etc.)
  • Demonstrated network engineering experience gained within large, complex environments
  • Strong expertise in switching and routing technologies (BGP, OSPF, VXLAN, VTP)
  • Hands-on experience with firewalls (Juniper SRX, Fortinet, NSX) and load balancing technologies (F5 LTM, GTM, APM, ASM)
  • Superior troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently as required

Please note this is a Sydney-based role which will require you to be in the office at least two days per week.
