The Role
Join a high-performing ICT team delivering secure, reliable, and scalable network services that support operations across multiple international locations. This role will see you managing day-to-day network performance, implementing improvements, and contributing to strategic technology uplift projects.
Your duties will include:
- Providing Level 2 and 3 network support, including incident response, configuration management, and monitoring.
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining Cisco and Fortinet network devices (including SD-WAN, VPN, and Wi-Fi).
- Supporting the migration and integration of network services into cloud environments (Azure).
- Implementing upgrades and changes in accordance with ISM and security compliance requirements.
- Producing and maintaining accurate network documentation and operational procedures.
- Collaborating with technical teams and stakeholders to deliver network projects and improvements.
Skills and Experience we are looking for:
- Proven experience with Fortinet and Cisco technologies, including FortiGate, FortiManager, and FortiAnalyzer.
- Strong understanding of networking protocols and standards (EIGRP, BGP, OSPF, TCP/IP, QoS, VPN).
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds or equivalent.
- Knowledge of network authentication and encryption (PKI, IPSec, RADIUS, TACACS+, SSL/TLS).
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to operate within complex enterprise environments.
- Relevant industry certifications such as CCNA or equivalent are highly regarded.
