Network DevOps Engineer

Talent’s client is expanding their Network Engineering team and looking for two IP DevOps Engineers to play a key role in designing, implementing, and operating critical IP infrastructure that keeps millions of customers connected.
What you’ll be doing
- Design and deliver scalable, cost-effective network solutions aligned with architecture and operational standards.
- Manage capacity, lifecycle, and performance for IP platforms.
- Implement network changes, ensuring quality, testing, and reliability.
- Drive automation and continuous improvement across network operations.
- Participate in 24×7 on-call rotations and planned night work (within a standard 40-hour week).
- Contribute to roadmap and capital planning initiatives.
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years’ experience in telecommunications or ICT.
- Strong technical skills across MPLS, BGP, Ethernet, SDN, QoS, and firewall/security.
- Proven experience in network automation and DevOps practices.
- Solid understanding of ITIL and Agile methodologies.
- Tertiary qualification or equivalent industry experience.
- Excellent communicator who thrives in high-performing, collaborative teams.
